1. Before you buy

Because each piece is one-of-a-kind, we encourage you to ask for additional photos, dimensions, and condition notes before committing. Once you confirm an order and we accept payment toward that specific item, cancellation may be limited as set out below.

2. Cooling-off & cancellations

If you have not yet paid a deposit or full amount and we have not reserved the piece exclusively for you, you may cancel your enquiry at any time at no cost.

After you have paid to reserve or purchase a specific piece, cancellation is only possible if we agree in writing and have not yet shipped or released the item—and may be subject to reasonable fees if we have already turned away other buyers or incurred costs on your behalf.

3. Defects not as described

If an item arrives materially different from what we documented in writing (including agreed photos and condition), notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs. Where we confirm a genuine discrepancy, we will work with you on repair, replacement if available, or a refund as appropriate.

4. Change of mind

Because goods are vintage and often large, we generally do not accept returns solely for change of mind once a sale is final and the piece has left our care—unless we have explicitly offered a return window in your order confirmation.

5. Refunds

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method where possible, within a reasonable period (typically 7–14 business days, depending on banks and payment providers). Any non-refundable payment processing fees charged by third parties may be deducted where permitted.

6. Delivery issues

If a shipment is delayed or damaged in transit, contact us immediately. We will coordinate with the carrier and you to assess damage and next steps (repair, partial refund, or replacement if a comparable piece is available), in line with the carrier’s terms and applicable law.
